A seven-bedroom new-build in Ikoyi, Lagos combines the exterior neo-classical exterior with modern interiors. The client requested a Western open spatial layout with internal minimalist designs featuring exquisite materials and textures. We guided the client from the spatial planning phase through to the project managing the construction and fit-out stage.
