Led by Ayomide Ogundeyin, a British-Nigerian designer and architect with multiple years of experience, AYMD Designs explores design from an aesthetic and functional perspective. We create spaces where a combination of comfort, individuality and personality creates a harmonious environment.
Having been influenced by growing up in multicultural countries such as Nigeria, England, and Kuwait, it has contributed to her unique design style of history, textures, colours, patterns, and art.

managing the client
At AYMD Designs, the client ‘s vision is able to be put into fruition as we specialise in all aspects of design from the small stitching details of the upholstery to the larger interior architecture construction. The vision is presented in the best presentation forms such as furniture layouts, sample boards and 3D renders, so the client is familiar with the products and knows what to expect when the project is completed. Support is given by informing the client of every decision along the process.
We provide architectural designs for externals and for floor plan layouts, shaping the whole property to reflect the clients’ preferences and needs while extenuating the spaces features to its best potential. We design furniture layouts, interior elevations, and site landscaping drawings to best convey the vision of the space.
Pre-build consultation for proposed projects. It is key to work with the client and architects for the spatial arrangement and providing ideas that will ensure the client’s vision will occur. It is much harder to alter design while it is further along its construction. If we can remove obstacles from the beginning then a great quality product will be delivered.
Thoughtful design is as evident in functionality as it is in glamorous finishes and crafted features. Careful consideration of layout and the practicalities of everyday living is one of the hallmarks of an AYMD Design project. The procurement process is controlled through each stage from price, negotiation, value engineering, production, and delivery to quality management. Whether it is building materials or furniture and accessories items, we can organise the delivery of items locally or shipping for international projects.
